Privacy policy

Mr Arrow Escape is made by 4AM TECH IO PRIVATE LIMITED ("we"). This page explains what the game stores, why, and how you can see or delete it. The game is for children and adults. It never asks for your real name, email address, photo or location.
Your age
When you start the game it asks for your birth year. We keep only the result, under 13 or 13 and over, and only on your device. We never keep the year. It decides which kind of ads you see and whether you can type your own name.
What the game stores
- A player account. When the game goes online it creates an account from a random id made on your device (we keep only a scrambled form of it). The account has a made-up name such as "SwiftOtter482" and one of 24 picture avatars. Players under 13 can only get another made-up name. Players 13 and over may type a name, which passes through a filter. Please do not use your real name.
- Your game progress: stars per level, unlocked levels, coins and boosters, which daily rewards and chests you collected, and which tips you have seen.
- Leaderboards: your display name, avatar, stars and levels, shown to other players.
- Purchases: the store's order number, the product and the date, so that each purchase is added once and refunds can be handled. Payment details stay with the App Store or Google Play; we never see them.
- Rewarded videos: the ad network's transaction number when it is used to confirm a video you chose to watch, so the reward is paid once.
- Sign in with Apple or Google (if you use it): only the account identifier the provider gives us, so your progress can follow you to a new phone. We do not store the email address.
- Security logs: the server keeps short logs (IP address, time, request) to stop abuse. They are rotated out automatically and are not used for anything else.
Ads
The game shows banner, full-screen and optional reward-video ads from Google AdMob.
- Players under 13: ad requests are marked for child treatment and limited to content suitable for general audiences. We do not ask these players for permission to track.
- Players 13 and over: on iPhone the game asks whether apps may track you. If you allow it, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show and measure ads, as described in Google's privacy policy. If you do not, it is not used for tracking. You can change this any time in the iPhone settings.
- European Economic Area and UK: where required, Google's consent form asks for your choices, and Settings, then "Privacy choices", lets you change them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- There is no chat and no way to contact other players.
Who helps us run the game
- Our hosting provider runs the server and the database.
- The App Store and Google Play handle payments and tell us about refunds.
- Google AdMob shows the ads.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, everything above is deleted at once. Database backups roll over within 14 days. We keep store order numbers, with nothing that links them to you, because the stores require refund records.
Your choices
- Delete your account in the game: Profile, then "Delete account". This removes your account, progress and leaderboard entry right away.
- Without the game: use the delete-account page.
- Get a copy of your data or ask a question: write to support@mrarrow.online. A parent or guardian can ask us to see or delete a child's data at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Important changes are also shown in the game.
